Our Return Policy
At SweTouch, we believe in providing a seamless shopping experience inspired by the principles of fairness and customer care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
- Return & Exchange Window: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Product Condition:
- Perfumes must have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges are applicable only for 50ML and 100ML perfume bottles.
- Processing Time: It may take 4-5 working days to process your return or exchange request. We appreciate your patience during this time.
- Condition of Return:
- If the original packaging (such as the box) is missing or damaged beyond the condition in which it was sent, a small fee may be applied.
- For perfumes with minimal use (up to 10%), a small handling fee may be applicable. However, if more than 10% of the product has been used, unfortunately, the return or exchange will not be eligible.
